Today, amateur video content has become a big business. It seems like we can’t go a week without seeing some cat or baby on one of the screens we stare at all today, and that’s because a number of companies have sprung up to feed them to media companies, advertising agencies and television stations.

For this week’s episode, we went into the story of one person’s interaction with one of these viral content companies.
